They have always been gaming when I went in, and seem reluctant to give up their game to serve customers and when they do, they give the minimum of effort and time to help you, so they can return to their gaming. However, this seems to be a 18-23 year old hangout. The staff is fairly knowledgeable about their products, and mostly friendly. The employees should be someone customers can look up to and go to for help and trust that they are giving correct information and not trying to rip them off. Customers should feel welcomed and the employees should be more educated about anything vape related more so than the customers buying the products. The employees need to be properly trained and educated and should be trying harder to develop relationships with the customers. Like, Why should i choose this shop when there is one on every corner? Or why should i support my local business vs the internet if your not making it a great experience? This could be an amazing store but unfortunately its not. as a brick and morter store your relationship with your customers is everything. They lack customer service skills, no hello, no how can i help you, no acknowledgement of entering the shop, no nothing. They always give wrong product knowledge or make guesses and its very frustrating.

Super expensive, they are selling 60mil juice thats supposed to be 120mil for $22. I have given this shop so many chances to be my go to shop, and unfortunately they under deliver every time.
